Customer brought mower to have clutch brake fixed,this is what I had found while repairing,what in the world.

Little red mini chopper

This mini chopper was one of those choppers that had a fake v-twin plastic motor on it,the real motor sat behind it and was a 49cc 2 stroke,friend of mine had brought it to me with no motor,so I took front,rear fenders,off all the brackets off, and welded motor mount to fit this 5.5 hp Honda GX160 motor on it,added a rt 100 Yamaha tank,and fabed rear sprocket,turn out to be a little power house,I had lapped the valves,flat top piston,2:1 ratio rocker arms,chrome molly push rods,removed gov,advanced timing,sold it for 350.00,had fun while lasted.
